Kader & Thomas Wedding – Sydney

Kader and Thomas’s wedding was a day shaped as much by the journey as by the celebration. With Kader’s family finally arriving from Turkey after what had become something of an odyssey, the ceremony at Garrison Church carried an extra sense of meaning. Surrounded by both families and close friends, Kader and Thomas exchanged vows in the beautiful historic setting of Millers Point.
From the church, the celebration moved to Watersedge at Campbell’s Stores, where a beautifully presented reception welcomed everyone for an intimate evening together. Heartwarming speeches, laughter and the gathering of two families gave the reception a wonderfully personal atmosphere. Kader looked radiant throughout the day, and the gallery includes some stunning bridal portraits together with warm, elegant portraits of Kader and Thomas as a newly married couple.
As the evening unfolded, a traditional belly dancer brought another burst of energy to the celebration, soon drawing guests young and old onto the dance floor. It was a joyful moment in a day that brought people together across distance, cultures and generations.
